The Wedding Planner
– To assist in development and implementation of wedding concept and theme
– To help customer finding their needs for the wedding reception
– To assist in wedding budgeting
– To assist clients to find the most suitable vendors and negotiate with vendors
– To arrange meeting schedule (including technical meeting / final meeting) with vendors
– To arrange meeting with family (if needed)
– To create and manage committee list, VIP list, and family list
– To create schedule for wedding preparation and rundown for wedding day
– To control the preparation progress and report it to the customer
– To arrange wedding rehearsal
– To manage the event on the day (Ceremony* and Reception)
– To manage all vendors on the wedding day
– To act as a timekeeper based on rundown
– To accept the payment for all vendors from customers, then distribute it to every vendors.
– To create payment status in detail
– To make a report after the wedding reception
